Sex offender wins Alaska lottery that aids sex abuse victims
IF his conviction was of the lessor type, such as flashing a minor he deserves, and needs help, no different than someone who cross-dresses.
What don't people here understand about the word REPEAT? The man was convicted 3 times!
Ahsoak has three convictions for sexual abuse of a minor 2 on his record.
I don't feel like elaborating too much, because I might say something I shouldn't. However, when there's a news article about a lottery scam, everyone always says that the thieves

Massachusetts Lottery expecting sales to decline by $200M
With the economy struggling and people pinching pennies, the Massachusetts State Lottery has increased its estimate of an expected decline in ticket sales.
While the agency had said in October that it expected a 1.5 percent drop, or about $75 million, in sales, compared with the previous year, it now says it expects the drop to be 4 percent, or about $200 million.
Mark Cavanagh, the lottery's executive director, emphasized that fiscal 2008, which ended in July, was a record year for the Lo

If you won a jackpot, how mcuh would you give to your parents?
KYFloyd
There's nothing grey about it. You are giving them something of value without asking for something of similar value in return
That's the exact same agrgument Nevada casino dealers used with the IRS in trying to keep yips from being taxed. Didn't work.
It was called the Wendell Oakes case. At first the dealers won, then it was appealed and the arguemtn above was thrown out.
Oakes was a dealer at the time at the Las Vegas Hilton. The IRS had agents hangin out in the casino, p

Tenn. Lottery CEO blames lagging sales on Powerball
The other thing to keep in mind is that noticably absent is that she does not blame the economy .
Why?
Because almost every other state lottery is booming right now, with many having record years. The poor economy actually helps lotteries, but for some reason only Tennessee is particularly bothered by Powerball .
I hope the governor and legislators and lottery board are all asking hard questions and demanding adequate responses.
WHY doesn't she spark sales by switching to real drawin

N.C. lottery turns record profits for state
I see how they made a record profit, look at how many people win on there game, they have one the lowest payouts around. It don't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's they're doing, just add up the amount of people that hit with the payout amount, and you'll be able to see that they system is rigid. Honestly they know what we play, and then make sure that number don't come out, that's why there's no one in NC can hit big. Don't take my advice just start adding the numbers yourself.

Pick-Quickpick Question
The computer is programmed (or NOT programmed by a human being) to issue ALL the POSSIBLE combinations found in a number field of 55 numbers (i.e. Powerball) or LESS than all those possible combinations.
The quickpick you buy in Pennsylvania might be the SAME quickpick combination issued in ANOTHER state.
The proof? Look at how many SECOND place winners there are in PB or MM drawings, especially when the Jackpot exceeds about $150 million dollars.
I'm convinced that the reason PB or MM

A Federal Gaming Commission
Not sure if there's a Federal Gaming Commmission but read on.
Casino workers must have a gaming card (in Nevada called a Sherriff's card) issued by the state the casino where they work is in. sometimes the casino pays for the background check to get the card, usually they pay and take it out of your paycheck. In the states with river boat casinos, you have to go through the whol process again even if you change jobs and go to another boat in the same state.
People who have had legal proble

Here Is The Proof Your Lottery, Mega Millions and Powerball is Cheating You
Even at that, in order to 'fix' the lottery, you need to 'fix' ALL of the numbers/balls.
I track PB very thoroughly, I have seen a number hit in 4 test games in one evening, but it's rare, and I have seen a number have NO test game hits at all for 8-10 games, and then it hits, but it's random. Some hit A TON in the week or two prior to be hit, but more often than not they don't - BUT - you still have to remember this is just ONE NUMBER.
If I could GUARANTEE YOU a particular number would hi
