Why GA-KY-VA Lose for Life will flop
It all depends on what sales will support. 1k/week isn't enough for me to get a ticket. But it's enough for some. It failed due to poor sales in WA state. If it were 1k/day then I'd be interested. Providing they would do a ball drawing and not an Indiana style computer drawing.

Lottery Post member turns up the heat on the Hoosier Lottery
I'm sure when the common player turns on the TV when and if the balls are back, he or she will say A lottery drawing. I haven't seen a lottery drawing in years. I'm gonna go buy a ticket . A thus will begin a resurgence in sales. And when other lotteries see that, they'll do the same. And a whole cycle of ball drawings coming back will begin.

Once every 25 years?
According to the national uk lottery site euro millions should have a 12th drawing every 25 years and so the roll-down shouldn't happen often. I don't buy it my self. If it rolls it will be the 13th drawing which would never happen again. While this advent is rare I doubt it would be 25 years before it would occur again.www.national-lottery.co.uk/player/information.do?info=euromillions

The 15 Sum
That's too cool. Maybe this could be used in conjunction with that get one number right system that's being sold on the net by a 100 different disguises. When 15 comes out, use the number 8 as the key number for the next day's drawing. This is the kind of edge needed with that system. That system is only as good, as the key number being the right one for the next day's drawing..

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
In 1984, Nick Perry and some of his friends bought a ton of Daily Number plays using only the numbers 4 and 6. Nick Perry supposedly put lead paint in the balls that were not numbered 4 and 6. When the drawing happened, 666 came up, resulting in an enormous payout, and accusations of fixing the drawing for Perry. Ever since then lotteries have put a cap on how much can be bet on a number.
