Final Hoosier Lottery Millionaire Show Dr
The drawing was suppose to be held 22 December! Was it a live drawing? Was it televised to ensure everyone had a chance, or did someone at the Lottery pick these people? Does anyone know?

Simple Concept
While overall odds of 1:5 are common on scratch-off games where the out comes are controlled with printed tickets, 1:9 has been the best overall odds allowed for any on-line games where the outcomes are the results of a random drawing. It may be doable but I don't think any states will ever allow those kinds of overall odds on a game where the out come is the results of a random drawing and may jeopardize their guaranteed 50% of sales some times.

Excel Users... got any filters?
Have read a few posts from members using excel and just wondered are you using excel to just record pass drawing number history or are you using filters or such to try and determine numbers for the next drawing and if so how many possible numbers are you coming up with to play and how often do thy hit? Have been working with the most common filters such as totals, even odd, high low, just wondering if anyone has any other filters thy would like to share

Reverse engineering
Reverse engineering implies that given knowledge about the drawing history you would be able to approximately replicate the same draws using the previous numbers as input. You should be able to scan the previous times when the most recent draw's sequence of digits came up and evaluate what relationship that may have had on the next drawing result, if any.

Is this Illegal?
If he mails them to you before the drawing, then yes, it is illegal. If he mails you a ticket after the drawing has occurred, then it is perfectly legal.
