Thanks for the responses so far. I have to make a clarification about this thread which might has been misunderstood. I'm talking about Wheel Generator which aims to generate wheels; nothing more or less with the properties I have described at the beginning. I'm not talking about a program that does filtering, statistics, pick numbers for you etc. I have already Lotto Architect for that and aim to improve it much further. You can compare directly Wheel Generator with programs such as Covermaster

I agree with Rjoh, and lottobrain, somewhat on this one I've been looking at our states, pick 5 lately..... Binar I have no experience with lottopro I do have a lot of experience making files work. RJOH gave you the basic info you need. you need to determine the file structure of the lottopro file. then make your data match the format example # of comma's spaces between comma's etc. the file extension must match from your post i'm guessing the file extension is .tic once you have the structure you can use notepad or any word processor to massage your file.
