If I'm not mistaken, all Texas lottery games can be played online via their app. Why would someone even need to use a third-party lottery courier? According to one article, the ticket was purchased in Texas for a New Jersey entity. So that means an out of state player one the grand prize? Doesn't seem fair to anyone else living in Texas.

Not quite. They have brought two high paying numbers out. 2020 and especially 5555. For some reason I can't check the payouts through the VA lottery site. But they will eventually show the payout for the 5555 on this website via an article. So unless they are going to be generous, the trip doesn't seem feasible for tonight or the immediate future. But I have been wrong before so go with your gut. .

No, that is not true. Older people just play the lottery more so naturally they are going to win more often. I read an article a few weeks ago that said most younger people feel. playing the lottery is a waste of money so they don't play.
