I don't believe anyone anywhere can claim anonymously. AFAIK all lotteries vet the winners and make sure they don't owe child support, back taxes, etc. So the push from some of us to be able to remain anonymous (names not released to the press or the public) would not have allowed this man's cheating to go undiscovered.

Does anyone hafwe a Three Wise Men dream book? If so, does it give a number for Stolen Car . I lost my book. But I remember that near the front it usually has a list of miscellaneous dreams like arguing with husband someone cheating, missing money, etc. I am going to look hard for my book , but I was just wondering if anyone has a Three Wise Men book and can look that up.
