Hep me!...Hep me pleez!
In order for that to be available, the MUSL people would have to stream the video to the Web an idea I have been writing about for a couple of years now but streaming is a lot different and more complex than just posting the drawing video after the fact.
I'm not aware of any government lottery the streams to the Web currently. I really hope one of them tries it, and shows how it can significantly cut down on TV broadcast costs and take away one of the oft-used excuses for moving to computeri

Tennessee: 6/1 - 6/30/2009
Hi you doing littleoldlady?? long time no see. I have slowed down in TN too. the only thing I play in TN now is midday Cash 4(quads) and Powerball. the only reason I play that in TNis because I don't wanna pay KY state tax if I won something where i would have to pay taxes. And yes, I have been doing pretty good in KY too, by the way watch for 553 535 evening in KY. I'm done with wasting money on computerized drawings in TN and any state that does them.

Recent checks of Iowa Lottery retailers find no fraud
There is no such thing as PLC .
As I mentioned in your other thread, the video you saw was clearly a joke and I don't think you took the time to watch it all the way to the end.
Every state conducts their own drawings within their state. There is no tower office building in which one company performs all the drawings. That should have been your first clue to seeing the video as a satire.
If you really want to explore the possibility of fraudulent drawings -- at least the possibility of

Computerized drawings back home roosting on Hargrove's head. The irony of it all.

Kentucky blocked from seizing gambling domain names
The problem I have with internet gambling is this: I think we should be able to play other States' lotteries via online so we don't have to go in person using gas and creating greenhouse gas etc. right? Other than that.. these online casinos are not regulated and have pretty much everything computerized (even when humans are playing each other), and everyone screams when States go computerized because programs are written wrong or they're afraid the States rig the games. If the States could chea

Why is keno so hard to win?
I went to this bar/restaurant that my sister likes, and it has the computerized keno game. I thought I'll play a 3 spot for ten dollars for five games 78-79-80. Wouldnt you know it the sucker comes in and more than covers the check. But I just won't play computerized drawings. But I suspect paying attentio to the grid patterns is the way to go. Ironically Pick-10 is a mechanical drawing but since it's not televised we have to take thier word for it.

Pennsylvania Lottery declares 'foul' during Nov. 7 Cash 5 drawing
Um, that's not true. Problems with RNGs go undetected in many cases for months, and completely foul months of drawings at a time. There are many documented cases right here in these News pages.
In this case, the system worked perfectly: A slight mechanical error that happened AFTER the ball was selected from the drum was duly noted by the lottery, and all because it is a mechanical drawing, and not bits and bytes inside a computer, a human being could easily see the drawing took place, and wh

What do our people in LP think
I think the balls are programmed. They have certain chips in them I think and those chips are held back so as not to fall. With computerized drawings, the same is true I think, only the computer knows what numbers have been picked before the draw and the computer prevents winners to generate more sales. All is fixed, I say; thus the odds are definitely high. With all that said, somebody has to win eventually. I keep waiting for my turn. Don't y'all? LOL!

Kansas Lottery officials mull GTECH systems failure
I couldn't agree more. It's funny, there have been all sorts of problems related to computerized drawings. Yet, no lottery official has ever made any procedural changes. Just an oops, a quick fix, and that's it. And this is not the first time Kansas has had problems with their draws. One thing is certain, they won't be changing to balls. They're simply too lazy, as are all lotteries who make the dreaded switch. They just want to reduce their workload, at any cost.
