Lotsoft Pro 5 - Registered Users
Lotsoft Pro Users:
For those who own a copy of Lotsoft Pro and had it collecting dust for a few years I've been getting PM's from registered/paying owners of Lotsoft Pro who can no longer get Live Updates to work.
You do NOT need to go out and purchase a copy or subscription of Microsoft Access. Just use the download link to MDB Plus. Follow the instructions in my Blog.
I posted instructions in my BLOG on how to update the server file location.

This is what I would recommend:
1 Go to the main Lotsoft program data folder. Normally located here C:\Program Files\INW\Lotsoft\data
2 Open the data folder and create a new folder and name the new folder Backup Data
3 Copy and paste all the .mdb files from the data folder into the Backup Data folder.
The Administrative Own Series is saved to the P3.mdb file located in the data folder.
If you open the p3.mdb file located in the data folder with either Microsoft Access or a

Generating Play Slips
It is actually more tedious than complicated and can be done with software that most people already have. For instance while Excel would not be one of my choices it would be fairly straightforward to set up a grid in Excel and then use a separate feeder spreadsheet to supply the picked values.
When I first started down this path my choice was to use an Access Database as it allowed me to store historical data, query it for trends, write custom code to calculate picking strategies and provided

How to simulate a distribution and use the lottery's own randomness against itself.
Unfortunately, the Forum name, Mathematics, establishes a prerequisite when reading these posts.
You really don't have to be a math genius, but you should know, at a minimum, the basics: add, subtract, multiply and divide; how to solve a simple algebra equation.
In addition, the intended purpose of these posts is to pass along the knowledge to other mathematically interested folks.
A little programming helps and we have posted code in basic language.
Nearly all the mathematics are in

had any software helped you to win?
The number one cause of software failure is people.
People can't figure out the winning number so they turn to software. And when software fails to pick the winning number (that they themselves couldn't pick), software becomes the scapegoat.
Software does have its bugs like the Northeast Blackout caused by a programming error, or Microsoft's Zune, which kicked over December 31, 2008 with the error message, Your Zune is dead!
While we're on Microsoft, what about the patchs and updates t

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
All one needs to do is look at the voter maps, red, red, red.
Check the demographics for the blue areas.
I wonder how many illegals voted?
Also notice the north east where the rich elite hide out.
Arab population in the great lake area.
Microsoft in WA, big one world order supporters. Gates Clinton Foundation, not much difference IMHO
All the networks were wrong, Hmmmm. Tried to rig the election. Told you so.
True Americans have taken back our country.

Pick 3 Ft pair ROOT PAIR Strategy/System (Another way to look at roots)
Those of us who play Pick 3 or any other lottery game regularly, usually keep track of a few things such as when a double, a triple, odd, even, high, low, consecutive are due, etc. In my years of playing there are a few things that I and others have observed and that is: Certain numbers like to be paired together often. Certain numbers like to follow other numbers. One example of this is the number4. This number usually likes to pair with8 and vice versa. It's not to say that this happens all th

Does Live Update still work?
If you can perform a Live Update then you have the correct server location. If you receive an error you will need to change it.
I posted instructions how to change this.
You will need either Microsoft Access or use the free program posted in my Blog (1st Entry)
I will upload my Pick 3 and Pick 4 Lotsoft database files later this morning.
Make a back up of your database files Pick3 and and Pick 4 first.

Upgraded security at Lottery Post
I have just completed some upgrades to security at Lottery Post. Most people will not notice any difference, but some users of very old operating systems or browsers may be impacted.
I apologize in advance if you're allergic to techno-babble . In any discussion of Internet security there's really no way to get around it. I'll try to be descriptive, while still including the technical details.
There are two main upgrades that have been completed.
First, older SSL security protocols have
