Lottery winner can seek bigger prize at trial, judge rules
Eddie Tipton did not rig every drawing. There were only certain draws that he knew which set of numbers was to be drawn.
The lawsuit is about if the Hot Lotto wasn't rigged and Eddie didn't win it Lucky Larry might have won a bigger prize. On the other hand, it could have been won prior to the draw that Larry hit.
Being that there were no winners of the jackpot after the one Tipton won and Larry won the $9 mil, he is suing for the money won in the jackpot that was rigged.
The case is no

Winner of $1.5 billion Mega Millions jackpot has come forward
You have to look outside the box your stuck in. Wake up and look at how many times have they been over lets say just 4 winning tickets? I know the odds are high! But if its done legit. You would see more tickets winning the jackpot ever so often. So yes its rigged even if you dont want to think it is. We all play looking for the big win. But i dont play the big games . reason you never win anything on it. What do you get most time the powerball plus 1 or 2 numbers at the most. So you all ways lo

The man who cracked the lottery
The PA pick-3 drawing was intentionally rigged by Nick Perry but anybody playing 666 won. So in effect the chances of matching Perry's numbers were the same as in any honest drawing. Even though Tipton rigged the games so he could win, he did nothing preventing a lottery terminal or a player from picking his numbers. Both were illegal and both went to prison.
To the contrary, the TN RNG prevented 27% of the possible pick-3 numbers and 49% of the pick-4 numbers from being drawn because of how

FL Lottery rigged (from ex-lotto official?)
Dear fellow players,
I've been reading Lottery Post for quite a long time and using some advices/systems from it, but without big success.
But after I found the following, it made me scratch my head and think that may be the luck of success is not the problem of the player/system, but because somebody undermines you in the end.
Read for yourself (since I can't post the link, you can easily Google the original with Leaving FL / Lottery Rigged ):
Finally reached the milestone in my li

SC Palmetto Cash 5
I just put in $55 on 20's and 30's with power up mixed combonations separately. If the 20's don't come back1 or 2 or 3 of them it's RIGGED, If 1,or 2 or 3 30's don't come either a mixture of 30's and 20's together tonight it's rigged!!! They must have a software that analize the drawing outcome at 6:30pm and the program must tell them what combo wasn't played down to the exact ball and they go to the ball vault and selected the weighted ball numbers and they come up in the so called live drawing

It doesn't really matter what numbers you chose for the Powerball/Mega Millions right?
i'm agreeing. sad but, true. they can allow much more to win over 100 million easy, and still have much left over to get their share back ala taxes et.al..,
my dad think it is still rigged though. I do quite $$$ well in p3, big time this year so far and other years, and also the pick 4. I love to play with best/better odds and that is my games right there, and at times sporatic cash five. But love better odds so i stick with p4 and pick 4. i only at times buy for mom dad their pb and mm but i am

How the Lottery Numbers are picked
I have no idea what point Hotdawg is trying to make, but it's a fact several lottery drawings in several states were either rigged to produce a specific outcome or there was a malfunction creating a second outcome. One of the first and most notable example was the PA pick-3 drawing in 1980. There were several discussion on RIGGING including this one.
When the Tennessee Lottery went to computer drawings, the program had an option to not repeat numbers and used it for their pick-5 drawings and

How the Lottery Numbers are picked
Glad to see we are on the same page Soledad.
If someone wants to start a discussion, I'm all for it. On the other hand, if someone has a secret theory/issue with the lottery possibly being rigged, I'm willing to listen, but give me something to listen to!
There are plenty of lottery complaint web sites out there, so Hotdawg3984, just know that you are not alone with your opinions and theories in regards to rigged drawings.

How the Lottery Numbers are picked
One other point I forgot to include in my first response is that as part of the introduction just prior to the drawing the on-air drawing host always says The drawing is being conducted under the observation of an independent auditor - Mercadian PC . I Googled Mercadian PC. They're an auditing firm like Price Waterhouse Coopers. They've been hired by the NY Lottery to observe each drawing and ensure nothing inappropriate happened.
You're a retired accountant, so I know you're familiar with t

Man files lawsuit over rigged lottery jackpots
The lottery indirectly cheated the players if it's a fact Tipton rigged the drawing because they sold millions of tickets with a zero chance of winning the jackpot.
Facts are the jackpot was never collected and unclaimed jackpots have never been paid out to players of future games.
It's more like the jackpot was never paid because the Lottery wanted to talk to the person who purchased the ticket. The Ohio Lottery said their tickets are a bearer note, which means whoever turns in a valid
