Picking Your Own Numbers
I pick my own nymbers rarely. Usually, there's a customer waiting impatiently behind me to use the machine, so Quick Picks are better in that circumstance. I've never picked my own numbers and won. Every winning ticket I've purchased for the Lotto, Mega, etc. has been a Quick Pick.

I have been playing 818, 313, 717 for about month now combo on topof that and when i check my tickets tonight it was not there so i will be making a trip to the store when it opens today. the girl that was working tonight is always in a hurry i hope and pray my ticket fell behind the machine because i played a lot of tickets tonight and the girl kept snatching them out of the machine plus trying to wait on other people at the same time.

Instant Machines!
My brother was in line paying for groceries and his son was pressing the buttons on the lotto machine playing around and out popped a slingo ticket (NJ). He scratched it off and it was a $50 winner. My brother has luck like that it's weird. Another time he bought me and my mom 2 scratch offs. All the same game. I won $15 and my mom won $50, and the 2 he bought for himself was a winner too, I think it was $10.

Washington Lottery prizes in search of owners
It'd survive my washing machine just fine. I bought one of them new water saver washers and the clothes barely even get wet. Doesn't hardly rinse the soap out of em either. So the ticket would probably be dry and in perfect shape if it went through my washer. That's one thing I don't have to worry about. My clothes may be dirty but at least they smell like Tide.

Instant Machines!
I would think that your chances of getting a winning ticket from a machine in a high traffic grocery store (or restaurant...gas station...liquor store...etc) would be higher than in a lower traffic grocery store(etc) since the tickets will run out and be changed more frequently. So perhaps the machine may or may not make a difference but rather how many tickets are newly circulated. Just my 2 cents :)
