Cali sells 5.2 million tickets
Not to bad for the first drawing. It usually takes a jackpot of $100 million to see any state hit that level. Is it because it was a new game or will it continue to be that high. 52 million for the 7th drawing, is it a record for a roll?Brad

Powerball: Pigskin Challenge 06-25-05
i think the reason for delayed drawings lately(technical difficultys),is because all of the pb computers have their own disks, and give out certain quickpicks each computer differently, and the drawing place doesn't know what winning numbers to put out until all numbers are into drawing headquarters, make sense?

Do computerized drawings impact you?
I believe that computerized drawings can ALWAYS be rigged. I have no proof, but every fiber of my being says that the Delaware lottery is pre-programmed not to select numbers as winners that players have chosen. The purpose of computerized drawing is to increase the state's profits through covert control of the number selection process against the grid of numbers or combinations selected by the players for each drawing.Call me paranoid, but to paraphrase a famous saying, just because I'm paranoid

Lottery Prediction by Recurrence Analysis
This program would probably be even more accurate if it was fed with numbers in the correct drawing order.I mean like this: If you see a live drawing the order might be: 30-15-4-3-25-45. In the next draw the order might be this: 44-30-2-12-20-27. The resulting signal feed to VRA vould then be: 30-15-4-3-25-45-44-30-2-12-20-27 and so on.

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!

High speed is used for mixing and low speed for ball selection. As each ball is selected, it rolls down a chute into an official number display area. The Pick 3, Cash Five and Texas Two Step balls are selected using air-driven machines. These ma

Texas Lottery has history of jackpot overestimation
The Texas Lotto jackpot has fallen short of the amount advertised on three occasions since November because of lower-than-anticipated ticket sales, a lottery spokesman said Monday.Sales are running almost 26 percent behind last year's pace, said spokesman Bobby Heith, blaming the problem on increased competition for the Texas gambler's money.Overall lottery sales, including tickets for scratch-off games, are up almost 11 percent over fiscal 2004, he added.A longtime lottery critic filed a false-
