There's lots of fishy actions coming from the Florida Lottery. I wish it were more transparent about prizes, and odds like the Texas lottery. When I was an alternative winner for the Flamingo promotion, I called the day before the deadline to claim at 4:00pm. A woman said there were still a four unclaimed prizes. Wow, that is disgustingly bad for a $10 ticket. I didn't know it was possible for Holiday Gifts to be THAT bad. It kind of reminds me of when I experimented with them about 2-3 months ago. I bought 15 in a row from a gas station, and all 15 were losers. This was before my most recent spree. Are you done playing with them, or are you going to continue? I'm starting to wonder if the 2 out of 2 jackpots remaining on them is game manipulation.

Extremely well said Adam. This might be the case with the $10 Holiday ticket we've played. Roughly 10% remaining in circulation, with 2 of 2 jackpots remaining. Smells a bit fishy... I think it is possible at least 1 of the 2 is out there stocked at a FL lotto district office/awaiting delivery to a mom in pop store, or on a shelf somewhere in a food store.

Adam - Sorry to hear about the rough tickets today I'd totally take you up on that if I was in south FL. I hope your luck turns around. When I was at the Jacksonville district office today, one of the representatives said there's many top pries on the Holiday Gifts left (with the 2 jackpots, a significant number of $10,000 winners, and so forth still out there). I think if more people knew the truth they would not play. I play, because I'm addicted to trying to find that big ticket . I actually have a lawsuit that I can file against them at any time with a high probability of winning. It comes down to how tickets are disposed of and not reduced from the remaining top prizes on the site. This is not true. While scratch may seem random they are not random at all. Of course you can blow me off and just say whatever, but after spending around 100k last year on lottery tickets and making 40k i can tell you they are not entirely random. Scratchoffs are printed by an algorithm developed with a base set of logic. Never happened to me, but did have some grousing about taking too long buying $400.00 lines back when each line was printed on an individual ticket. If I was a local business owner, I do think some of the big jackpots suck a lot of free range cash out of a community that otherwise could have come my way. BobP

They tried introducing a game in which there would be more million dollar winners. It flopped spectacularly.
