Actually, an $18 million roll is normal for this jackpot level. I also cannot believe that there were only four second place winners this drawing - that's only 40% of the amount of second place winners expected for sales at this jackpot level (according to lottoreport.com, sales were $29,487,024, which is expected to produce ten second place winners). On the last drawing, there were only three second place winners, again less than expected.

Okay, so they pick the numbers out of a bowl and it hits. The logical thing to do next is to do a computer drawing so it will completely scramble the odds and sensibility of a system that worked well in the first place. Yeah! Someone needs to refer Mr. Wong to the forums on this site. Does anyone in the outside world know about this computerized drawing scandal??!!

i think it wouldn't be worth it to rig a drawing. if you rig a drawing for a single lottery, you face charges and jailtime in that state. if you rig a game that is operated by that many jurisdictions, think of the jailtime.
