I found a few instances in that chart where number in a yellow box went up into the blue one. I woudn't be surprised if a number from Saturday's Powerball drawing occured in tuesdays mega millions drawing:1-11-35-46-53+29

102 Mega Millions Jackpot 4/8/05
Quote: Originally posted by JAG331 on April 9, 2005Both 5 and 33 had not hit since that previous drawing. Now all the numbers except 46 has hit in the last 23 drawings. If 46 continues to stay idle, the odds of my system which generally ignores idle numbers will improve. The best I could do in this drawing was 1+1 with 25 lines. I did put 5,23 and 46 in the last line and matched 2+0 so I probably do the same thing with 46 in my next picks.RJOh

102 Mega Millions Jackpot 4/8/05
This is interesting to me:The last all-odd drawing occurred on 11/12/045-31-33-35-51 / 1Looks very similar to last nights:5-13-17-33-35 / 35Both 5 and 33 had not hit since that previous drawing.13+17 = 31-1 (Ok that's a bit of a stretch, heh)

MegaMillions picks for April fool day.
The way Mega Millions is going, I doubt they will have as many second place winners in tonight's drawing, or for any drawing in the near future, as Powerball did Wednesday night.

110 $100,00 WINNERS !!??
It's the Powerball apocalypse! First the jackpot keeps getting hit every fourth drawing on average, now a drawing occurs when there are 30.1 times as many $100,000 winners as statistically expected! The Powerball game is doomed! Doomed!

Will Powerball Rollover??
Holy bunch of shizzas! That's more unbelievable than the time Mega Millions had 34 $175,000 at the $10,000,000 jackpot level last July! Every Powerball state except Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, and Vermont had at least one $100,000 winner for tonight's drawing. My home state, Iowa, had three $100,000 winners (none with PowerPlay). I'll bet the states all lost money in tonight's drawing! When are they going to jack up the odds already!!?

NY Post chides rival paper over lottery error
The New York Post appears to be enjoying the mess that its long-time rival, The New York Daily News, created when it printed erroneous lottery numbers, and misled thousands of readers into thinking they won big bucks. The Post's editorial was scathing, including a call by the paper for the Daily News to award all the prize money that they initially reported people won.
