Your question makes no sense because even some players in Illinois are winning big bucks; just not getting paid right now. If players were never suppose to win, MM an PB jackpots would be in the billions. What even makes less sense is if you really were a Craps dealer for years, you had to see a few players walk from your table winners. You're not supposed to win. Can you really say for a fact JJ on anyone else is not suppose to win?

If you eliminated self picks then lotteries would be like raffles where a winner has to be drawn from the tickets sold every drawing and the jackpots couldn't continue to accumulate after each drawing. Why would people buy tickets in a lottery where there in no guaranteed of a winner or even the possibility of a winner? What ever the rules are make no difference if no one buys tickets.

Oh, it's not that I don't like $300 million jackpots RC, don't get me wrong. I'm just thinking about the chaos that would/will ensue when a jackpot is approaching one BILLION dollars. Not even considering the media hoopla, it is all the people who think they can/should get a piece of it, and some by any means possible. Legalities out the window. Kidnap the hummingbird and hold it for a billion in ransom, not even understanding the winner would only get half the amount pushed by the media mobs. F

Yes I wanted to make that more clear from my earlier posts ... there would be one enormous jackpot (hopefully) by the end of the year but that would be broken down into many nice large jackpots for many winners. Golfer, I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I am or will try to be happy for whomever won but so disappointed it wasnt me. There aren't many games that have odds of 1:4.5 of winning the price of their ticket, I would like to see more games like that rather than pushing large jackpots. Rolling Cash5 with overall odds of 1:9 of winning a dollar is the only thing close to that in this area. I think if Classic Lotto paid even $5 for a match3, it would be a more popular game
