Agree with Raven. The Law of Large Numbers says the more data points you use the more accurate your median will be. Agree with Stack. You're not going to ever have enough data points waiting for draws unless you plan on living 288,000 years. (And even if we did, the lottery changing the game every 2, 3 years will thwart that plan) So..... Plan B: Write an RNG and run 100,000 to 1,000,000 draws and determine a more accurate median. Your welcome brother. Consistency is what I aim for, but that costs money. $20-$30 a draw is not in most people's budgets. Grant it, I don't make much at my job, only $10.50/hr, so I'm broke like most people, but pick 3 is literally my only hobby/recreation. At least that is what I tell myself to justify. hahaha. What's the ideal or assumption of changing the matrix of P3 from 3/10(1000 combo) to 3/30(27000)? You do know that every draw set is mutually exclusive, how does changing the pool size from 10 to 30 helps? The rule of the game is clear: 1.Every digit has 1/10 chance(not 1/30) 2.Draw type is digit with replacement(digit repeats, so am perplexed with 3/30 module) 3: A draw set has a ratio of 1/1000 not 1/27000.

I have been waiting on this for 6 months now. I do not play this game or any other computer printed games other than Powerball and Mega Millions simply because S.C has a clause written that they can change the prize amount you win { pick3,pick4 and cash5 } similar to the california's para mutal clause, Those that won several thousands of dollars are not happy but they knew that that machine was broken due to printing a 500.00 winner everytime so at least they might get some of their money back b
