In my area tristate nh, me,vt,... which i believe is rigged...it works in bunches sometime it goes real good and other times it just wont go...
but yes it does work. i guess its a percentage thing...as i said when its going it goes good sometimes the whole month is a washout... i really beleive my area is rigged..one time i spoke to the lottery lady and she admitted (by accident) yes they knew by looking at the computer prior to the drawing which numbers were played heavy...they take sometime

Judge: winner's lawsuit in lottery-fixing case can continue
It's vastly different. The woman who let McKenzie go first did so voluntarily. Even if it was an absolute certainty that she would have had the winning ticket if she hadn't let McKenzie go first she wouldn't have any claim on the prize, and the state didn't withhold any money that should have gone to players.
There's absolutely no question at all that there's $9 to $10 million (cash value) that should have been paid out to someone. The only question is who would have won it if Tipton hadn't (

Every lottery player needs to watch this video
Haha interesting take on the fixing of a lottery drawing.. Sometimes i do wonder if the lottery could be rigged like in this show where they look for the unmatched combos just minutes before the draw as anything is possible.. Interesting enough in reality I felt i tested this theory during the billion dollar powerball mid January where i played 4 combos and caught a 4 of 5.. Now the catch is the number that would have made it a 5 of 5 was at the tip of my finger and me overthinking the number ca

I play Keno numbers I notice being drawn together, but not even close to every drawing ; I don't even play every day.
Dont you know they are rigged?
Yep, they must be rigged and I must be in on it because I'm averaging one 5-spot win a week.

MUSL seeks to dismiss lawsuit over rigged jackpot
There are more logical solutions. Giving the money back to cheated players who participated in the rigged drawing for example (those that can provide proof of purchase). If the argument here is that those can't be found and they had to give it to someone anyway, then giving it to charity is another solution.
To say that any money that no one has a legitimate claim on should go to the already rich is a non sequitur. Unless of course if that rich person actually does demonstrate that the money

MUSL seeks to dismiss lawsuit over rigged jackpot
That money was returned to the 16 states that participate in Hot Lotto when associates of Tipton tried, but ultimately failed, to claim the prize a year later.
Hot Lotto is a multi-state game based in Iowa. There was no actual proof the game was rigged and a jury found it was beyond reasonable doubt , but their verdict could be reversed in the court of appeals.
The Iowa Hot Lotto players have the same complaints as all the players in the other 15 states and because of the time between when

First lawsuit in state lottery-fixing scandal seeks millions
It's not about saying could , it's about your apparent inability to understand what actually happened. The jackpot for the rigged drawing didn't go unclaimed. The reason Tipton rigged it was so that he could claim the a jackpot. He did claim it, but the lottery didn't pay it. Do you understand the difference between a valid prize not being claimed by the rightful winner and a prize not being paid because it wasn't really won?
This case is going to have absolutely no effect on how unclaimed pr

First lawsuit in state lottery-fixing scandal seeks millions
You missed where I said could , but the winnings from the drawing were Tipton was convicted for rigging went unclaimed.
Is there any way in which this drawing was different than the drawings that have result in unclaimed jackpots?
Nobody said the drawing Dawson won was rigged so of course it was different. Just because the winning went unclaimed doesn't change the fact the drawing was rigged.

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich answers your questions
Thank you Mr. Rich for taking your time tonight to answer some questions. I have a question that wasn't asked. Whenever there is a breach in security in a game and an investigation does take place, and lottery employee(s) are terminated and prosecuted, is the general public notified about these things? I understand that everyone is going to be upset about spending all that money on lotto tickets when the game was rigged by tipton and the jackpot was $15 Million but, even for lower amounts being

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich to answer lottery player questions live Monday evening
Your odds of winning are 1 in 292 million and a winning powerball number has never (and probably will never) hit twice.
As far as it being rigged? Don't know. I think it would be the least of your worries.
