Speaking strictly from a New York Take5 perspective, I would not play a set of numbers that once won a JP. Since Take5 began back in the early 1990's, there have been approximately 5,100 drawings. According to The NY Lottery, there has never been a duplicate set of JP winning numbers drawn. With 575,757 possible combinations of five numbers, and less than 10 percent of those combo's having been drawn, IMHO I'm better off not playing a set of numbers that once won a JP.
