MM and PB drawings are conducted by a computer system that knows to pick numbers that no one else has picked. Once all the tickets are accounted for at the close of ticket sales, the system does a complete countdown of all selected tickets, Quick Picks and selection versions. Now's the time to win! (tax bill)
They are proposing an increase on personal income over a million from 36.4% to 40 something %. Guess it is a small price to pay for winning a million smackeroos. We've discussed this before, tho, I dont remember the consensus (as if there is ever one on LP) as to when a tax rate applies: date you won the prize or the date you pick up your Big Check?

If Miss. does accept their idea to be involved with a state lottery to include PB/MM...... Think we might see an increase of odds in both of those games ???? I know when I go to other states to visit or pass through when traveling, I do stop and pick up a scratcher or 2 and a PB/MM ticket. (Except - CA/OR/WA/NY/NJ/CT/MA)

Thanks Increase! I think, congrats are in order for you also! It's funny, some days I will spend an hour looking for numbers and when they drop a day or 2 later, I don't remember what I did to find the numbers! Need to take better notes! LOL
