Missouri Lottery Ignites Controversy with Computerized Drawings
Convenience, enhanced security, and cost savings says the Missouri Lottery. Convenience possibly, but in the long run as far as security and the claim of overall cost savings considering those who will probably go elsewhere with their lottery dollars after the switch...I'd say 'nein weise' no way to both. Additionally, I wonder how much that new animated three-dimensional number display system will cost the lottery? Keep the mechancial drawing machines and the numbered drawing balls!

OK, that does clarify it.In your message:> I was reffering to the data I generated> with my program on Florida Lotto 6/53.> They seem not to be typical rates.> I wanted your comment on that.Below is your data from the earlier message. I think this is what you are referrint to.> My proposed results are:>> Matching 0 of 24: 0 (wosre than 0,62)> Matching 1 of 24: 2 (worse than 3,72)> Matching 2 of 24: 7 (worse than 8,57)> Matching 3 of 24: 8 (worse than 9,67) or 0,83

Interesting, but wouldn't that be exciting if those were the numbers drawn? The only major lottery drawing I could ever remember that was close to that was the Mega Millions drawing just last year from Maryland...those beautiful numbers were.....1 2 3 12 37 and 35. Geesh...If knew beforehand, I would have had at least half of that jackpot that Bernadette received.

Quote: Originally posted by hotbuns on July 09, 2004 well i have been playing for a month now spent $1.00 won $800.00 have not lost it back don't intend too.Well it appears that you are not doing that bad by others not posting before a drawing . Spending $1.00 and receiving an $800.00 return would not make me upset that others are posting after a drawing and you needing money for a vacation. I think you have a winning strategy that far surpasses anything posted if you receive an $800.

MegaMillions picks 07/09/2004
I will pick a smaller group of numbers for today's drawing than I did for Tuesday's drawing, something I can actually afford and still play Ohio Super Lotto Plus which is up to $18M. I will be using all the numbers except 33 and 43 for my combinations. and 02 05 10 11 13 17 20 26 27 28 38 41 49 50 51 52 for my bonus numbers.Good luck.

mega millions $350million
If this were a normal drawing I would predict a roll - but with the number of tickets sold I think there was at least 1 winning ticket. The 2 pools I was in each won about $10. I sure hope it rolls - if it does I think it will be $400 million by drawing day.

My 15 for Mega Millions
New 15 for 7/2/04 1-4-5-6-21-22-28-29-32-38-41-42-43-45-46. OMG just do the drawing already! Does anyone else not watch the drawing or check that night? I enjoy the feeling of going to bed and dreaming of winning...much easier to shatter my dreams in the morning, haha!

The first $400 million jackpot?
Yeah if Ohios RedBall is anything like Michigans Red Ball promotion it deals with Pick 3. If the red ball comes up they draw another Daily 3 number for the same drawing.Just one more rollover though! Just one! We can't beat the record. But it seems to be on track to sell $100,000,000 worth of tickets for this drawing. That means there is only a 25% chance that there will be a rollover. Brad

buckeye 5
No, it is a program that lists 37 numbers the positions change with each drawing. Lotto Thunder had the perfect idea for the 47 # drawing then the creator came out with quint. I would show the positions i copied them. From that chart I would list the positions that the specific number hit in as a result I hit 4 #'s 3 times. My problem now is that it is not compatible with anything after 1999. I wou8ld like a Y2K compatible program that does the same thing.
