SC Palmetto Cash 5
I am fed up with this RIGGED GAME, I am sending a letter off to SC Lottery commission monday!!!!! EVERYTIME I TARGET A CERTAIN GROUP OF NUMBERS playing them multiple times or fluent like a particular targeted group it comes the opposite as if SOMEONE IS CHANGING THE NUMBERS from the lottery. This been going on for awhile as I been speaking up on wittnessing this foolishness FRAUD/CHEATING us players. I decided to TEST my theory of this injustice by FOCUSING ON the last 2 drawings to make my CASE

Did new Illinois Lottery private manager get too good of a deal?
Hoping for better luck the second time around, state officials unveiled a deal Friday to put the fate of the Illinois Lottery in the hands of a British firm that pledges bigger returns than those generated under the manager the state fired.
In a do-over of the nation's first, controversial attempt at state lottery privatization six years ago, Illinois agreed to a contract with the only firm to bid for the potentially lucrative job: the Camelot Group. It comes as the state and Camelot pledge t

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I guess rules are changing everywhere! Response to my request for ALL remaining prizes!
Thank you for contacting the Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC).
At this time, we do not have any lists compiled that contain all of the remaining prizes in the $10 Million Cash Spectacular instant game.
Please be advised that the Open Records law refers to documents kept in the ordinary course of business. The information you requested does not fall into this category. Per O.C.G.A. 50-18-71 (j)

Has your wagering on the MM & PB changed?
Have cut way back on Powerball, since the price increase. And will do likewise with Mega Millions. It's not just the price going up, but the odds getting worse. After the next matrix change, winning even a few dollars will be more difficult with the addition of 10 more Megaballs to 25 total.
To make matters worse, the Megaplier odds are changing too. Right now, 5X is statistically weighted to come up much of the time (many players don't know that), but after the change, 2X and 3X will come up

State lotteries losing revenue to 'jackpot fatigue' and casinos
If 100 people won a $1 million dollars instead of one person winning $100 million dollars, more would play .
That really is a tired phrase that is not really accurate, because people don't think. Do you know the odds are better to hit $1 million in MM and PB than they are for Texas Lotto? I bet you didn't. Did you know there was a Texas Lotto winner last night on a QP?
I'm not defending MM or PB, but just pointing out that there ARE $1 million prizes. At my age, that is one of the reasons

New Mega Millions Game
Texas had to deal with a similar problem with All or Nothing.
There is no pay out for matching 5, 6 and 7 of the 12 integers drawn.
Of course, these 3 matches arrive more often than those that pay.
The lottery ignored the uproar.
Eventually, players realized that there wouldn't be a change in prize structure.
They accepted the game rules or spent their money elsewhere.
I don't believe MUSL is going to be pressured into changing the prize line-up.

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
Oh, IDK. Times are changing and eventually the people who live online will be the ones making the decisions. The lottery will keep seeing a decline in sales until eventually someone will present a cost benefit analysis and things will progress from there.
The young adults of today are both heavily reliant on, and accepting of, online services and technological advances. Attracting their dollars will require changes in how lottery games can be played. Online sales is the next logical step if

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
I said in another post on the 4 draws a day in Georgia thread that Texas went to 4 draws because it's a canny way to increase revenue. Basically, they are selling fewer online tix, and way more scratchers. That's where the profits are really coming from. Coupled with millennials not into playing the lottery, lottery commissions are going to $2 a ticket games, and 4 draws a day to increase revenue.
At first glance, a player would look at 4 draws and think that's 2 extra draws to win. The reali

Three basic mistakes people make at casinos, according to a math expert
That s the premise of a new book, The Perfect Bet: How Science and Math Are Taking the Luck Out of Gambling. In the book, mathematician Adam Kucharski traces the long, tangled relationship of betting and science, from the origins of probability theory over a dice game to the kind of sophisticated counting techniques that have won MIT graduates millions in Vegas.

Thanks, like you said the only thing that is changing is the software uploads. If I don't post as much
it's because I am working on new stuff. DMP is based on simple easy to understand concepts where
the new what I call Game Engines are not. No two lines generated take the same path so to say.
In dmp we set the options filters etc.. then wheel the entire matrix playing what comes out the other
side. It's easy to understand the concept start to finish. To gain faith in a sy
