I do believe they manipulate the computers or just pick what numbers they want to fall....if they really did let the computer pick the numbers it would be easier for us and they would risk loosing money. Payouts use to be so much higher now they average what 25k a draw if that? you will hardly ever see high payouts back to back...I believe all of TN lottery is monitored. Just do like pcurtis said save all ur loosing tickets so when there a$$'s get caught cheating you will get all our hard earn c

Isn't it odd that when the casinos are accused of cheating after emptying their clients bank account no one seems to care but when it happens to them they want to be portrayed as the victim. Sorry but I'm with Phil on this one.

The house allowed him to play knowing full well that his a seasoned player.It's quite possible that they had beaten him in the past- this time he came loaded for bear and walked away with millions. If you don't like the competition- don't allow them in.Did he win those championships by cheating, if not its a matter of spilt milk by the house.

I played the lottery every day when I worked in a liquor store selling tickets back in the 90's. My boss would always buy the mistake tickets. Of course the bad apples always upset the cart sooner or later. Too bad. The lottery sounds like it's turning into a casino...throwing out people who win too much,lol. Cheating and scamming people out of their wins is one thing but if you're a lucky player who happens to win often then I guess you're under the eyeball too.

Yes but even when they had just the nite time lottery many years ago there was a cheating scandal that they got caught on with 666. I didn't play then but remember everyone talking about it. They weighted the balls down for the drawing. It is discouraging though isn't it......
