Another $1.2M Hot Lotto jackpot rigged by Tipton, officials say
The Iowa Lottery had plenty of time to investigate, but have very little real evidence against Tipton. Basically all they proved is how inept their security is.

Would you be satisfied with a jackpot win in MM or PB at the starting level?
I would be thrilled to win a starting jackpot at 15 million with getting 9 million as the cash option. That amount of money would be life changing for me. I would love nothing more than to be retired permanently from work. I've been working since my first babysitting job at 13 and have always had low paying jobs so winning the minimum jackpot on PB or MM would bring me financial security and allow me to help family and friends and be charitable to people in need.

Calif. Lottery looking for $63 million winner
The lucky winner still has until Feb 4 2016 to claim there prize. Maybe they're just still waiting for the right moment/getting prepared or they lost there ticket/didn't realize they have a winner. The lottery is saying that the security cams are not reliable but they should check that.

How LOW can ILLINOIS Go -- Pretty LOW
My question was and still is. Who controls the lottery revenue? How many different hands are in the till? That money should never be used , except for paying the lottery winners. This is just like the Social Security fund, the Transportation fund, together those trust funds, each and every year has surplus in the billions. The boys in Washington, raid the funds each and every year.

Pennsylvania Lottery seeking volunteer witnesses on evening drawing show
Paying the witnesses does not solve any of the issues you stated. Also, you and I have no idea that the lottery does or doesn't vet witness to see if they have a criminal background. Maybe you can write to the lottery if that concerns you and let us all know what they say. The sentence you mentioned in your reply was a quotation from the PA Lottery's Executive Director, not something opined by me. Journalism states facts and quotes from actual participants. That is what this article does. I a

[UPDATE] D.C. woman who tried to redeem faulty ticket admitted to forging second 'winner'
Good Job Ardella...proud of ya...from Washington D.C. AND you are trying to steal and cheat. You fit in quite nicely with our elected leaders working close by. Have any relatives that work security in Idaho by chance ?

The lucky ticket-holder has opted to remain anonymous
A very wise decision, there is no benefit to going public and many disadvantages. Good luck to the winners, I hope they make the most of the opportunity for long-term financial security.
