The proof is in the pudding. Has there been an increase or decrease in sales of lottery products since being anonymous was made law? I agree with you on the NO taxes platform. I am also considering taking the 30-year-US Government bond as my prize. Each year will be an adventure. Most of us are living longer than expected. Handling a lump sum is foreign to me. We live pay check to pay check.
