Is it better to quick pick or choose your own #s (PB and MM)?
Ha! So true. Sad, but true.
Yes, I typically mix it up when I play. On average I like to play 2 QP, and 2 where I pick. But often times I find I just pick on 1 set and QP on 2 or 3.
However, now that the jackpot is getting over 100 mil, I tend to buy a few extra tickets.
When it starts getting over $200 Mil, thats when myself and 3 other guys at work pool together. First time we did this we won $100.

What is your style of lottery play ... Hunter or Trapper?
No problem.
Hunting and trapping are good analogies. Poaching is my dry sense of humor at licensed sports that are getting more and more restrictive. Kind of like the big games and more numbers being added to the pool making it harder to win. I do not poach animals. I play the games with their rules and count on their rules as a weakness.
A duck blind is used for hunting but you set one up where the traffic is. Same for a trap: you put it in the run or bait it in a favorable location. This

Speaking of Love, Do you Play with a Partner? I mean the Numbers. Would you?
Sorry to get in late on this one.
You didn't mention if your friend plays the lottery by him/her self but this reminds me of the people who play in the office pools simply because if the pool hits they want to be a part of it.
If this was me I would say no. Why should I do the number crunching and have to take the time to purchase the tickets so that another person can simply hand over some money and then share in the winnings. Ok I know I'm sounding selfish here. You didn't mention if thi

Is this legal?
I have my facts. You are the one in the dark. I NEVER said that it was against the law to buy a ticket for another person. I am only telling you what the LAW is. This has been discussed here on LP dozens of times, but people just don't bother to do a search before posting something. If you will search for lottery pool you will find enough info on LP to keep you busy for hours! Or search on US Code.
There are laws against sending anything having to do with a lottery through the U. S. Mail. You

Is this legal?
If the other person is decent, honest, bakes apple pies and all that, then of course there is no problem.
The cases where it all works out aren't the ones you usually hear about.
There is/was an older story here about a group of people who won a large prize and one person hadn't put in the money for his share that week, although he had indicated he was planning to be in . The manager of the pool let the guy square-up, after the drawing, so he could get a share of the prize with the others.

You´ve Got To Crack the Bonus Ball: Fla MegaMoney= $1,024 if you know the Bonus Ball
this sadden me but what can i say:
If you took the ending digits of Powerball they will be: 1-10: 1-10: 1-10: 1-10: 1-10: 1-10...Now if you was to divide each decade into 2 s then it will be: 4x4x4x4x4x4 = 4096...What does this mean? That if you was to gather: 4096 people like a pool and each one one to play: $1920, then 1 person of the 4096 people will win...How?
Because each of the 4096 people will receive a 2x2x2x2x2x2 combination and all they have to do with the 4 s combination is play
