We r at the middle of the month. Since the 1st day of this month, we've had 11 out of 16 days of dirty #s. We only had 5 clean winning #s. So that tells me, we r gonna start having clean #s as they do balance out each month. If not, they r definitely cheating without a doubt. I will keep the 77 in play too. 7's r waaay overdue to hit. Thank u for your input.

It's unfortunate that I reside in a state that has one of the crappiest lotteries that I have ever encountered. I don't care what anyone says....numbers are not random. There are rules in mathematics that California defies. It just sickens me that I spent $15. I could understand if they dropped numbers that made sense and you lost well, that just a part of the gamble. But, when they pull nonsense, go blank yourself combinations it's just infuriating. Why not suggest a RNG drawn pick-3 and pick-4 game where the RNG is programmed for no repeat digits, but don't tell the players who wagered on doubles, triples and quads. Cheating the players in your game is more obvious because 75% of the numbers purchased won't even be in the drawing. Have any other ideas on how to cheat the players?

To all my Michigan friends if the old system don't work its time to regroup and find another way of picking up numbers i know for a fact that Michigan state lottrey got too smart or too dumb and cheating going on LOL .. Numbers coming out recently is just too strange lol . Hello everyone, its me again teemoney. I don't post hardly or any at all but i do play and use the pick-3 forum and its very helpful even though i don't win much. The reason why is that NCEL is a big JOKE with its cheating azzz!!!!!! , they are all about ghost numbers (now you see the winning number now its gone). They(NCEL) sit on and hold numbers and pre-draw the Helllll out of numbers. I am still in the learning stages somewhat but everything i see that should come out they go the other way o

I've never heard of a lottery player being banned for their lotto play, but I have heard of players banned for having more then one account for many reasons from taking extra bonus money to wagering an amount above the limits across the accounts. Where it gets funny is they may ignore violations when you lose, enforce them when you win. Same goes if for any reason they think you are cheating, remember they get to define reality. BobP

You offered an excellent solution of having a person standing behind the machines and announcing the numbers so I never thought you were saying the fix was in. I must have really worded that post badly because Chrissy thought I was calling her a conspiracy theorist and you thought I was suggesting you were saying the fix was in. What I meant was any time someone notices an anomaly, the conspiracy theorists show up suggesting the lottery is cheating.

KY streams and archives their drawings and some of them look similar. I'm just guessing because I don't want to interrupt a good conspiracy theory, but only the pick-3 and pick-4 drawings were shown so I'm wondering if some creative editing was done to speed it up. And something else to think about, NJ is pari mutual so who are they cheating?

Is this a pun about the famous WWII General or maybe a six degree of separation conspiracy theory against a lottery using a RNG for their drawings? Pat Summitt was a NCAA Hall of Fame women's basketball coach at the University of Tennessee, the TN Lottery switched from live ball drawings to an RNG, the RNG was programmed to show no repeat digits in their pick-3 and pick-4 games, it took a month to figure out they had a problem, and many players believe cheating was involved.
