You know, I'm actually infatuated with the whole Roswell deal. I just don't believe that we're completely alone here with all the sightings which have occurred...and are unexplained to this day. John Glenn said it best when he described what he saw in space as being not man-made .
In all honesty, I believe that more people are curious about extraterrestrials than they are afraid of them. Only hostility would make people afraid and they have never been proven to be hostile. Interested in human

Clerk arrested in undercover Lottery sting
This has nothing to do with non-winning combinations or the cut-off time for ticket sales. Every single lottery ticket is printed with a unique indentity, and that identity is one of the things the lottery uses to validate a ticket as a winner. The lottery could print a winning ticket for a game that doesn't exist. Modern technology means that anybody can print a ticket that looks like a real winner, as long as they know what a winning ticket looks like. Once the winning numbers have been drawn,

Why putting money on numbers, seems to change your luck?
As soon as a number is bought, it is in the lottery computer(s).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One reason that we use computers is because they are so good at keepig track of facts and at making stats.
A short list of such things could maybe be, where, when, what, how, how many and how often.

Don't you just love technology?

ARe Hackers 1 step ahead in the lotto??I always had a hunch..
Well, with any change, there are ways to circumvent the system. That's true of the mechanical draws as well, it's just that over time, most of the mechanical means would've been discovered and mitigated. Computers are new and there will be new ways of circumventing them and over time we will find ways of mitigating these problems.
An audit of a computer would include opening up the box and ensuring that only the specified components exist. An audit of the software would be an independent chec

Many lottery Web sites offline
I hear you, but I don't think that was it. (The sites are up now.)
That was not an error related to volume, and the Powerball site rarely succumbs to volume, even when the jackpot is at record levels. That's because it is a simple static web site, unlike something like Lottery Post, which has an enormous amount of processing that takes place for every single page view. (For this reason, it is a much more challenging task for me to make Lottery Post resistant to volume issues than it is for th
