Unbelievable! So, then, are you telling me that you don't believe the Gambler's Fallacy is really a fallacy? I am not convinced illegals should or should not be able to play the lottery based on the arguments so far. But I do have questions. Do you or anyone know for a fact if illegals cannot play a lottery in foreign countries? Can you site a law? Canada? Can US citizens play the lottery there if we enter illegally? pumpi76 I chased the seed , with much effort and agree If one could know it's method of selection you would be well on your way. I at one time had 4 realy fast striped down computers set up for number crunching. Each one had a different RNG with a random seed . I set each to generate around 10,000 sets of numbers at a time and then check the results against a actual draw database. Each time one of the 10,000 sets would match a drawing from the database I would record the seed used
