this is definitely a shake off tiber I am considering not posting or playing pick 3. I don't expect to get handed anything but when I have you (the lottery) take the lick. I Posted this in 4 didget from 3 didget topic also, but thought it may help here. No Back checking yet, i just thought it was interesting. Needless to say catching the 4 didget is like catching a World Record Brown Trout. So this anomaly may only happen once in a blue moon. Of course we can never really be positive about the actual difference, because we only see (some of) the one set of occurrences that actually happen, but lets' start by considering what we can be sure of.
