Would you honor a pact you made to " share your JP winnings" while drinking with a friend?
Friendship is a two way street NG.
Would a true friend take advantage of you and hold you to a promise made while you were drunk? I think not. Would a true friend take advantage of a lady friend when she was drunk? I think not. They would not be a true friend if they tried to screw you in either case.
The law would take a similar view, that an oral contract would be non-binding while one or both parties was under the influence.

You Will Never Keep A Lottery Jackpot In Your Lifetime.
Not really Stang. I eat all i want of beans, rice, potatoes, salads, nuts, seeds, pickles, carrots, banana's, water, tea and coffee and never felt better. Plant based is great and no weight gain! I just use alot of seasonings.
The only supplements i take is vitamin b complex and creatine monohydrate(creapure) because those are lacking some in plant based food.
I saw where you said you got the flu bad and am sorry to hear. Its all over the country this year like the plaque. All that meat,

Wyoming Lottery unveils logo
Meet YoLo the Jackalope, the face of the Wyoming Lottery Corporation.
It beat out the bucking horse and other state icons to star as the centerpiece of the lottery logo.
Warehouse Twenty One, a Cheyenne-based marketing firm, designed YoLo and the insignia. The fictitious critter received its name because it is jumping over those four letters in the logo.
The lottery held an open house Thursday at its offices in Cheyenne to unveil the new insignia, inviting guests to familiarize themselv

if invited to join a lottery pool at work: would you or not?
Possibly, if someone responsible ran it.
I ran one once years and years ago with about 15 people in it and it wasn't worth the hassle.
A signed contract with each player would have made things easier.
Or at the very least not letting cheapskates join in the first place.

Pa. Gov. defends lottery privatization exploration
If privatizing the Pennsylvania Lottery's management isn't the answer to ensuring reliable and predictable funding for programs for older Pennsylvanians, what is?
That's the question that a spokesman for Gov. Tom Corbett raised in responding to state Treasurer Rob McCord call on Monday to pull the plug on the administration's lottery private management agreement (PMA) pursuit.
Our need is outpacing our ability to fund those programs, said Corbett press secretary Jay Pagni. The PMA is a ve

Keno on track for arrival in Connecticut by next summer
The Connecticut Lottery Corp. on Thursday approved a seven-year contract that could bring keno gambling to the state by early next summer.

wisconsin has a 5/31 game and virginia has a 5/34. can any of your systems win either
Maybe you could win in six months but at what cost in time, money and planning?
As was reported last year of the Michigan couple that had great success with Massachusetts WindFall game, they had to contract with a couple of store owners to have control of their terminals for two days doing which time they ran them and spent over $300K.
The average lottery player can't commit to winning a game in that way unless he consider it like a business, most players have real day job and consider pl
