Hi, The end game is more or less outlined above. Start with the least amount of risk and whittle the combinations down by taking ever increasing risk of eliminating the winning combination. The problem with filters is that you have to be very selective in the boundary conditions for each filter. If you run 20+ filters like I do, invariably lower values in one, if not in several filters, will occur. So you start will 100% filters with elimination of only the most skewed values .. BALLNUM=3

Hey WinD, I like you elimination method. Reduce 1000 down to 527. I'm experimenting this idea up here in PA evening. The filters I will be using is the following: 1. Reduce 1000 down to 527 2. Reduce the 527 down to 97 a. eliminate all sums that are less than 6 and greater than 23 b. eliminate all combos that do NOT have a pair (no-match boxed) in all 3 positions (Front, Back, and Side) that have 29 skips or less. Hi JS1237, After thoroughly viewing this you should be able to do Pick 4 Permuation as well. If you do the Pick 3 manually, you can finish it in 20 minutes. The Pick 4 is more challenging.
