When I searched the results page for 777, the cursor jumped down the page and I thought (again) that it was all over. It turns out that Quebec drew 7774 in their Pick 4 draw. All I can say is that I I have to believe that 777 is coming in the Pick 3 when we keep getting it in the Pick 4 but it hasn't happened yet...

Wow .....I did not look at Quebec yesterday.....the numbers have been funny since the Va Lottery Commissioner was on the news talking about how revenue is down and he wants Rosies gone and all of the video machines gone.

And here is another information that I've just found: When someone purchases a ticket with randomly-generated numbers those combination of numbers are subsequently removed from the database of numbers available to buy. Denis Daly (Loto-Quebec executive) said all the purchased random generated combinations are only put back into the system after three or four draws when the database is re-shuffled. Ifergan alleges in the documents that this mean that millions of possibly winning combinations
