Funny, this happened to me last week. For some reason the machine would not read my Cash 5 playslip, and the clerk entered my # by hand, but she got one of the # wrong. She couldn't cancel the ticket so I just played that one without buying my intended numbers. Turns out it didn't matter either way, none of the numbers hit. But I did think maybe it was fate so I wasn't upset about it.

That is very sad. Stores should post the numbers on the wall so customers can double check. Where I worked, we would print out many previous winning numbers to hand to customers after checking the ticket with the machine. That way they could double check what was drawn.

I'm hooked on Ohio's Ten-Oh game because I'm winning, but getting and checking the tickets almost doesn't make it worth it. I chose my own numbers so I have to fill a different play slip for every combination and had to create a system just to check my tickets before leaving the counter. I agree the store clerk was honest; however, the clerk couldn't have kept the ticket had she/he wanted to because the couple was entitled to a receipt showing their winnings and the machine couldn't issue one for that amount of money no matter what!! However, stranger things have happened. The clerk could have just given them $150 hoping the couple wouldn't ask for a receipt!! Honesty does pay in the longrun!

In Delaware, they call this game Multiwin Lotto . It's the same game as in many other states, just set up as 6/35. Same scheme, the player can select the first line, then random picks are made for the first line, or one can get all 3 lines as a QP. What I have noticed about the game....and I have long since stopped playing it....is that one rarely gets any matches in the 3 lines that will win anything. I got 3 of 5 on the Friday drawing on one ticket. Also 3 of 5 earlier in week when the machine was still OK! Once or twice in the past the machine failed during the drawing and the hostess reached in and grabbed out the fifth ball while looking away from the machine.

I always let everyone ahead of me and let them enjoy themselves and buy all the qps they want so i can ask the clerk how much time i have and get the qp before the machine goes into draw break,you see everyone i came up with this idea that at that very last minute when you purchase qps it can't help but give you some correct numbers because it has been working hard all day,I won up to 4 of 6 and 4 of 5 on several occasions buying only 1 ticket,it only takes 1,The end,,,,,,Delores247

Ever been to a store where they had more than one Green Machine?Reply
Green machine I assume is a lottery terminal. Here they are red. There is a beer/wine 1/2 mile away has four terminals, six rows of keno and race trax seating, you walk in there at any time it is open and there are people playing. The place is also a lottery plus which means they pay up to $5K per ticket, by check, they do the tax thing also.
