It is time to send a message to NCEL that we will NOT tolerate their Less than fair and deceptive gaming practices in the state of NC. The past few days have seen some of the LOWEST payouts every recorded in NCEL history (based on increase in play). In addition, we have some of the worst scratch-offs of any state where all they want to do is get your $$. We have to take a stand NC and this is the day to send that exact message.

probably a resonable performance car not the best i wouldnt know how to drive it. maybe id even lease one. honeslty after investing it and knowing my budget, which would be an income. that i would stick to , i would budget, so that i have limitations, still save up to make big purchases. prob start off with a budget of $100k a year. then maybe increase it by $20k ea year,. oh and a house.when i got to 1/4 mill i would have had 10 years of living quite well off compared to what I am used to i wou

would actually play it at this level jackpot if they did that and increase the payout to 50% way too hard to win w 5% coverage per draw hence the long rollover - in Ohio the lotto there rolled over for almost 400 draws once (they draw 3x a week), only got to 72 million

Lotto has terrible payouts and you get only 1 dollar if u match 3 numbers which is bad. But its 1 dollar for two games but it doesnt make up for the payout. They need to either decrease the number 59 to 55 and have a mega ball (1-20) feature which means dropping the bonus number or increase payouts. Payouts would be: 2/5= free ticket 2/5 + mega= 1 dollar (maybe 2) 3/5= 5 dollars 3/5 + mega= 30 dollars 4/5= 100 dollars 4/5 + mega = 1000 5/5= 10000 5/5 + mega = jackpot

Powerball is a multi-state game that still maintains the 59 number matrix that Mega Millions used to have. PB has had some of the biggest jackpots in history, and I haven't heard anybody claim that it's broken . Nor was MegaMillions broken when they had the smaller matrix. The reason they went to a larger matrix was to increase their profits.

I think they should increase the prize money for NY lotto second prize amount should be higher. I don't know why NY does not have a raffle I would love one, so for New Years I am getting my raffle ticket from PA thanks G5 for the tip I didn't know.
