So rather than being concerned with the size of the lottery drawing pool (e.g., 39 or 59 numbers), you'll want to do some thinking about how many numbers you want to include in you wheel. Do you want 18 numbers? 15 numbers? Etc. Once you figure that out (as well as which numbers you're using), you'll then want to decide on what your guarantee will be, since that is going to be largely

Someone claimed to have a system or method that generated 640 numbers...ie 64 pairs if all possible numbers are used. Yet in 1000 numbers (the pick 3 pool) there are only 55 pairs (unordered). Go figure!!! Sheer madness and waste of money. You might as well use all the pairs in the full list ie 55 pairs and run them down to get 550 numbers then eliminate duplicates... If you buy a ticket, win, and then move before claiming it there's nothing to prevent you from claiming it as a resident of the state you moved to.
