how far back do you go.
In random drawings, all numbers should be drawn an equal number of times. For example, if you have a lottery consisting of a pool of 48 numbers, and six numbers are picked from each drawing, then after 80 drawings every number should have been picked ten times: (6x80/48=10). If a number has been picked more than ten times, that number is said to be a "hot" number. A number picked less than ten times is said to be a "cold" number. In a true random drawing, the long-run odds of a cold numbe

wheeling program
steve3656, Your biggest concern when using a wheel would be how large you want your number set to be. So rather than being concerned with the size of the lottery drawing pool (e.g., 39 or 59 numbers), you'll want to do some thinking about how many numbers you want to include in you wheel. Do you want 18 numbers? 15 numbers? Etc. Once you figure that out (as well as which numbers you're using), you'll then want to decide on what your guarantee will be, since that is going to be largely

Those two groups of numbers are correct statistically positioned per the StatPath 5 Lotto System. Luck has no bearing on the correlation

Education level
You do not have registered with certification listed on here so I could not vote. The gift or knowledge or field if you may call it, that I work in there is nothing higher because it is not and cannot be taught in schools. You either learn from masters or born with it! So I am registered with certification. I am a RH-Registered Healer and certified by the INHA-International Natural Healers Association. And to be registered yes you have to take code of ethics and yes you have t

Fibonacci System-
Someone claimed to have a system or method that generated 640 numbers...ie 64 pairs if all possible numbers are used. Yet in 1000 numbers (the pick 3 pool) there are only 55 pairs (unordered). Go figure!!! Sheer madness and waste of money. You might as well use all the pairs in the full list ie 55 pairs and run them down to get 550 numbers then eliminate duplicates... Again madness but at least getting to sanity.. My system of knowing to 98% accuracy which pairs (less than hald of the

Texas Woman Sues Over Winning Lottery Ticket
pigsNtrees, in Texas that happens a lot. I did a search for lottery loser stories ( I love reading lottery stories- winners or losers ) and I found a site that really HATED Texas and told of a bunch of things that Texas is known for doing. One happens to be improper math. The important thing for Texans, or anyone for that matter, to do is to know how much they are suppose to get before they collect. Then call the officials on it, if you get less. Some people don't care. If they're get

Yes Best Picks, Working together we'll all get more accurate. Watch out lottery indeed. I'll try to post the pick 4 method tonight as well after my workout for Mazie and Brenda. The pick 4 is a monster, but you will get the winning number within a relatively small pool of numbers. l

A BLIND TRUST to claim anonymously?
If you're asking about residency, then the answer is no. If you buy a ticket, win, and then move before claiming it there's nothing to prevent you from claiming it as a resident of the state you moved to. Unless the state you moved from has stupid legislators writing their tax laws you'll still owe taxes to that state, and you should also expect to pay income tax as a resident of your new state, as well. If your question is really as simple as it sounds, the answer is yes. Why on Earth would
