Did I miss something? Tonight I turned on WBAL to watch the Eve lottery drawings. Access Hollywood was still on. Normally right after that they show the lottery drawings. BUT, tonight they showed a bunch of promos for upcoming shows and never showed the drawings. The promos continued right up until the next show started at 8:00. Now here's the strange part.
