OK, this is getting a bit far-fetched. At the very least, when someone uses a RNG, they use the computer's built-in system tick clock as the new RNG seed value before each use of the RNG. flamarko, This is a response I received from the Fla Lottery, back in Jan. 08. They claim, they have always did pre-tests. I don't believe that, not in Cash 3 and Play 4. They may have checked the machines to make sure they were working right, but not doing actual draws. I think this all started, when they changed the lottery contractor, somewhere around October of 2005. I called and requested copies of the pre-tests, but never received them. If you noticed ,they never answered the real quest
