Take5 NY
1st prize payout for T5 last night: $67,425 2nd prize: $263 3rd prize: $15 I was expecting a low payout for the 1st prize too. But I guess it makes more sense for the 2nd/3rd prize to have a low payout. 5 consecutive nights with only 1 person winning the top prize. Do Rng Computers Know What Numbers Not To Pick?
Pre-testing is so easy for lotteries to abuse with RNG machines. Most lotteries don't publish their pre-test results nor the detailed process of conducting them. For example, the PA Evening ball drawing is telecast live (well, most of the time) a mere two minutes after sales cut-off (close ~6:57; drawn ~6:59). Essentially leaving no time to run an extra pre-test . However, the PA Day RNG drawing is sometime between 1:06 and 1:35ish. Sometimes, PA Day results are delayed; draw window is flexib

Nonlinear regression to predict lotteries
Buenas tardes bob, y felices fiestas! using a sorted historyfile of drawings - I understand that you order the data 'in crescendo' by frequency or appearances, but... you translate the problem to the number of draw, ok? You translate the incognita from axis Y to axis X, then I suppose that you can resolve the X incognita with NonLinReg... What is the performance of this technique? Using splines, you insert intermediary numbers between two successive numbers - Do you refer to 'Interpolati

Does your odds increase tremendously by millions just like this? Read for details.
Ohhhhhkay, I think I understand clearly now. I was just about to post that I may have been thinking the wrong thing (I tend to confuse myself times ) because I checked ToTo and another lotto and the data didn't seem to make sense. What I really should have been saying/thinking all along is that because your chances for any pair are 1 in 7.55 or whatever, then it doesn't matter what pair you choose for the next draw. I basically got hung up on specific pair in specific sequence, which is why p

Monopoly Millionaires game
statistically it probably should not have happened until month 3! Statistically, it can happen any time, including 3 drawings in a row. If sales were always the same it would be just as likely on the 1st drawing as on the 50th. In terms of probability, it should average out to match the odds, so we should expect 1 jackpot winner for every 72.77 million tickets as a long-term average. If they sell 1 million tickets for every drawing we would expect, on average, 1 jackpot winner every 73 draw
