Don't buy it. I use to have it, along with the Panther, and the dirty secret. They're good ideas but I noticed the drought periods can last as much as 2 to 3 weeks at times. So you may make money when it's sporatically hitting, but then probably lose it all during the dry periods. It's basically pair tracking, so it's up to you to find the 3rd digit. His solution is to play front, middle and back pairs, if you play in a state that has those options.
