A ticket sold in northern Ontario and one sold in Qu bec will split the $45.1 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot, tied for the second-largest draw in Canada. Who won last week's Powerball jackpot? That's the $86 million question and Pennsylvania lottery officials have the answer.
