Time is running out for a Virginia Lottery player who bought a winning Mega Millions ticket in Virginia Beach. The ticket is worth $175,000 until 5:00 PM Thursday, when it expires.The ticket was purchased for the November 14, 2003 drawing at General Booth Citgo, located at 1896 General Booth Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Maryland State Lottery officials said Friday that the winners of a $109 million Mega Millions jackpot have come forward.State Lottery spokesman Jimmy White wouldn't identify the winners, except to say they are from Montgomery County.
