I picked 10 mils. but I been playing for so long I don't know if I'd stop

In any case it would not stop me betting on football or going to the track.

With 10 mil, I'd probably stop playing the lottery only because I don't think I'd win again but I would still gamble on other things.

Yea, seems like quitting after a big win would be the thing to do,

can't even figure the odds of a 2nd win since they're separate events.

OTOH now you have so much $ it does'nt matter.

maybe I would be just an occasional player ?

Or would having won once, change your perspective and encourage you to play more ?

As long as theres' football and horses I'll have something to gamble on.

I'm not sure exactly what I would do, but I think the ponies are a good bet.

Great example.. The couple who won twicw in one week in Arkansas.

The first scratch off was for a million dollars. The left their cabin to buy more scratch offs.

The second was for $50,000.00. They reported having no plans for the money, other than saving for their retirement.

The point is, the scratchers were fun, why stop after a million.

I voted for 10 million, but I would PROBABLY keep playing the lottery just for the thrill of it.

Actually ... since there are 11 casinos within just a few minutes of me (Northeast Oklahoma) ... after quitting my job, I KNOW that I would be spending more time at the casinos. I would just be playing more for the entertainment, less for trying to make money.

That might've been their "lucky day" when everything lined up for them.

They should have gone back for even more.

wouldnt it make more sense to quit the year AFTER you win (cuz all losing tix 'count down' taxable amounts?)... so i probably, based upon that, would play MORE after I won - during that same calendar year that is... after that? i would quit.

I would continue even after I won $100 million after taxes. I enjoy the idea of getting one over the state, and destroying their lottery budget.

That would be great. But in order to wreck their budget I say throw in a few $1mil +/PP wins per month.

Quit playing the Pick 3?? NEVER!!! You can't make me.

List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.
