I don't know how it pertains to lottery. All I know that the answer is 100.

First thing we have to use is PEMDAS.

We have here 10-10x10+10.

Now we follow the rules of PEMDAS. There's no parenthesis or exponents. Next up is multiplication.

So, 10x10= 100

No division, so addition is next: 100 + 10 = 110

Finally, we have a subtraction sign: 110 - 10 = 100 our final answer.

Some systems have you multiplying and dividing and adding and subtracting. If you do it in
Wrong order. You will always have incorrect results...

The answer is 100.
