So for example, NC number is 711 for midday Saturday, May 16, 2015. You do the same for the 3rd Ball.

I've done this completely based off my research from 2014, it took my two days to complete going month by month looking to see which numbers proceed for each position.   once, you open up the link, if you can see my workout, you will see that each column is numbered from 0-10 vertical, and then you will notice numbers 0-9 horizontal. The numbers 0-9 horizontal is the position, the numbers listed vertical from 0-10 is the line that number derived from there fore you know which section you are on. This helps you not only do the rundown, "trace" where your winning number came from by lines. I have done this for almost 4 years and I know it works. If you want extra help let me know. Thanks.
