  So --3-- numbers repeated from the prior draw last night! 

  That seems like its a bit MUCH, glad I didn't play as I don't play the 32 & 42

  People still buy that game? You'd think they would want to get rid of a game that was so easy to be rigged.

  Surprisingly, they still use a random number generator to draw Hot Lotto numbers.  I'm surprised they didn't switch to ping pong balls.

  There are two reasons to still play the game:

  1.  It is a CASH jackpot, not annuity.

  2.  Hot Lotto pays the minimum required federal tax and applicable state tax, not the winner.
