And do you think that this is a new thing in the last few months? Or has it always been this way. And do you think it is legal for them to do. Or ethical? There are people out there who always play say their birthday number and if too many people play it, and it gets over looked, then that person will never win with their birthday number.. how about when the 777 came out last and over 300 people won? This is why I think it is a new thing..
DD, I noticed several months ago, like you I'm not getting hits as I have in the past. Nope, it's not legal, nor ethical. I agree CL is overdue an investigations as have other state lottery who finding were fraudulent activities. . California State Lottery should definitely be added to the list.
CL is playing dirty, my opinion of course!
I smell a sneaky rat in their computerized system!

Well lets see.. how do we get started in beginning an investigation of the CA Lottery.. their computer software should be checked out for sure. At the very least they should let the public know of their system changes so we can have a choice and a fair chance. It certainly isn't fair if the computer jumps when it detects a certain number is being played many times in say a certain area code or even just in general. I'd like to know if others are experiencing the same thing.

On Cali cheating topic, my complaint is the lack of transparency.
Tonight 788 total winning daily 3 tickets were sold.
Out of ?
For the 3 and 4 game it should be out X amount sold Southern Cali, and X amount
sold Northern Cali. Same draws for two regions. Lotto still makes $ and winning prizes would be better.
Not it too distant history (5 yrs ago ish) a box prize was $100+ w/o question, but hey maybe less folks live/play here now.
I'll tell yah this much, or the CA Lottery.. without Us..meaning everyone on here and out there using 'the systems' they would NOt have so much money coming in at all. We here play so much more than the average person trying their luck for a buck on a daily 3 or 4 for a possible measily 100 bucks. Believe me I never played daily 3 until I found out there is math to it and you can track the numbers and all that jazz. Prior to that I may have risked a buck to win millions and every now and then tried fantasy 5.. so daily 3 never even crossed my mind to play. Not until I learned about this place and the systems..then I got addicted..lol. So CA Lottery if your out there watching and lurking.. WE here are most of your money coming in.. especially those of us who place high bets. And believe me, we do lose more than we put in.. if the lotto system doesn't end up going back to the way it has been I'm out and I"m sure a lot of others will be out as well. It isn't fun if you cannot track it and win consistently, that is for sure.

Woolly & DD, I hear you and agree. Early this month I went to the sideline because of that reason, not able to track, my workout (math) no longer comparable to D3 draws. My gut feeling, CL is cheating...
California State Lottery Report Card is a Grade D
California (38% true lottery drawings)
True Drawings: Mega Millions, Powerball, SuperLotto Plus
Computerized: Daily 3 Evening, Daily 3 Midday, Daily 4, Daily Derby, Fantasy 5
We as players has to petition to eliminate computerized drawings.
