The two missing numbers are 152 and 153. If you look, the combos of 152 and 153 are in the workup (as follows: 125(215,251,251) and 135(315,531)), but the straight 152 and 153 just haven't fallen yet.
It's not the Greatest Workup in the History of Pick3 or anything, but now I have a sense of why it's making me itch.
