  There's a good chance that digit '3' will fall tonight. When '0' falls usually 3,6,9 or another '0' falls. Since '3' has been out for 20 days it's probably a good bet.

  The last three days have been 'low digits' so if you are in doubt perhaps a high digit like 6 or 9 is your prefer. Remember this is only focusing on the 1st. position. You can try it on position 2 & 3 if you think it can help you win.

  As you all may know, I'm trying to find a system of 'exclusion' NOT 'inclusion'. What numbers can we 'exclude' from the next draw with about 80% accuracy. Here's another 'exclusion' calculation you can try for your State (backtrack first). The exclusion works pretty good. with 25 draws, only twice it didn't work. So according to this exclusion, digit 3 should not be drawn in the 1st. position for the next draw.
