  I did the pick 4 so Im doing the pick 3 since it comes from the same chart .......this set of numbers and none were excluded is good for the entire year for Texas (k its a lot lol) see how that 512 is in the same row as the 709 you got also 719 is beside 512 its just the way I would like the numbers to fall. chart is huge and a lot of repeats as well like I said its meant to be moved from one month to the next and as a guide of the way things (should line up) don't get stuck on it if you don't like it pass it by ........good luck!

  I have to stick to my own script and make my Texas only prediction the same as I would in my own forum. I do what works for me. Yall do what works for you. I pretest. It's best to read through my previous post in this thread (Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 10th Edition) to get a better understanding of how I play. If you have any questions then feel free to hit me up. I see I didn't pretest this forecast and now I'm correcting that mistake. This is my most consistent strategy with the highest ROI so I'm going to do it right. Bear with me. I know it's a lot to soak in, however, I know it's worth sharing.

  Prediction: Since the conditions show a Low-Even-In combo is coming. I try to trap it within my 7 drawing window.

  Key Digits: 3, 4, 6

  My top Digit pick is: 4

  Key Pairs:02, 03, 04, 06, 23, 24, 26, 34, 36, 46
  

  Out of these Key Pairs my Top Pair Picks are:  02, 04, 24, 43, 46, 36

  Note: My forecast is really meant for those who have a larger budget. My focus is making a consistent profit throughout the year and playing like this is the best way that I've created to achieve that goal.

  I'm going to pretest 5 drawings. This basically means I'm going to let 5 drawings go by before I start playing the forecast.

  States, Dates & Drawings included in this forecast

  Pretest #1: 7/25 Texas morning drawing:

  Pretest #2: 7/25 Texas day drawing:

  Pretest #3: 7/25 Texas evening drawing:

  Pretest #4: 7/25 Texas night drawing:

  If the forecast "hits" within Pretest #1 - #5 then stop playing this forecast because that means the forecast did not pass the pretest.

  If the forecast "does NOT hit" within Pretest #1- #5 then start playing here at drawing #1 because that means the forecast passed the pretest. After the forecast hit once, I DO NOT continue playing it. Even though my forecast may hit multiple times, I've only backtested it to increase my odds of winning at least once within 7 drawings and then I create a new forecast.

  Pretesting is meant to create the best window of the opportunity to win within a specific range of drawings based on the results of backtesting. I encourage you learn this tactic and apply it to your strategies. Pretesting is the primary component of how to win more than you lose over time. It's like setting a trap. Once you know what to trap, pretesting helps you figure out when to trap it. If you need to use less combos then it's your job to chose from the Key digits, the Key pairs and the combos I have provided.
