So I looked at the 239 and the 621 and found something interesting about the 621 and the 865 that fell on 4/11.

That's what I'm talking 'bout! Those are the two most-recent draws of 621 straight and they both follow 865 straight at five days.

P.S. The third consecutive sync in a chain has a habit of showing up a day late, so I am playing this for today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday). Also, the day-late play dovetails with the two recent hits from the top chart, 709 and 241 , which both came in a day late.
